Sorting / Bundling & Cutting Despatch All cuttings are inspected for quality, bundled and dispatched to production lines from here.
Production Floor We have 19 production lines.
Dry Process Department Capable of doing the following dry processes –
Total Dry Process capacity – 8,000 to 10,000 pcs per day.
Laundry Total – 40 Front Loading washing Machines + 8 Hydro Extractors Dryers – 34 Dryers, with 300 lbs capacity per dryer. Total Washing Capacity – 32,000 pcs per day.
